Interesting line here opened at WS -150. 60+% of the acton is on the Sox and for some reason the number has moved to around Sox -135. Seems like it is going in the wrong direction.
Buerle has a history of pitching well against KC. He has a history of pitching well in KC. He has averaged just under 7 innings per start. His numbers would carry the -150 by himself. The team will be without their shortstop Ramirez. Without Ramirez, they get even slower and have less pop. Chicago has always had issues with starters they have not faced before. With that in mind, they get Chen today. The Sox have been shut out more than any other team in the MLB. Their hot hitting of late must stop at some time.
Both teams are traveled for this one. Neither pitcher gives up the long bell. Every trend Calls for the Sox and the under. The Sox should be a much larger favorite here. The fact that the line is going toward KC tells me this will be low scoring. Under at the minimum. |
